In 2024, we realized how competitive the US market is — and how much time talented people waste every day just searching, applying, and optimizing resumes. We came to idea of inverse recruiting. Developers and engineers should spend time building great products, not acting as their own “Indeed managers.” With hourly rates of $50+, they’re made for bigger things. That’s why we built a company that fully takes over the job search routine — efficiently and personally.
